Cloud Systems & Operations Engineer (AWS)

Key Responsibilities:

• AWS Organization Management: Serve as the primary lead for AWS operational tasks, managing core IaaS services (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS) within a multi-account AWS Organizations structure.
• ITSM & ITAM Governance: Act as the lead administrator for Freshservice , managing the service desk, incident response, and maintaining a real-time inventory of all cloud and system assets.
• Infrastructure Deployment: Maintain and update environment configurations using AWS CloudFormation templates.
• Server Administration & Patching: Perform routine patching and vulnerability remediation for both Linux and Windows servers using Ivanti .
• Access & Troubleshooting: Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting by accessing servers via AWS Systems Manager (SSM) or other secure protocols to review system logs and performance.
• Monitoring & Backups: Oversee system health and performance via Grafana dashboards and ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness using Cohesity .
