Job Description:
- Monitoring of AWS Infrastructure.
- Review Alerts and Notifications.
- Create tickets in support desk
- Informing about ticket alert to the concern department.
- Preparing report MIS.
- 24*7 shifts
Required Skill Set and Experience:
- Quick Learner
- Good Communication skill (verbal & written).
- Minimum of 0-1 years
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
- Good documentation skills
- Should have a great customer handling skill.
Certification :
AWS Certification (Additional)
