Club Lounge Attendant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Club Lounge Attendant based in Johns Island, SC. The Club Lounge Attendant will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining the cleanliness and order of the club lounge, assisting guests with their needs promptly, and ensuring a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Responsibilities also include setting up and restocking food and beverage offerings and collaborating with team members to enhance the guest experience.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build positive relationships with guests and team members
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to understand and respond effectively to guests' needs
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities with a focus on providing a welcoming and comfortable experience
• Experience in Childcare or providing assistance to families and young guests is a plus
• Willingness to undergo Training to understand the resort's standards and expectations
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in guest areas
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
