Club Manager- Female

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Club Manager to join our team in Kalba. The ideal candidate for the role must be, results-driven, and ready to join immediately.

Arab speaker is a plus point.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily club operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve performance targets
• Deliver excellent member experience and handle client concerns professionally
• Monitor sales performance, memberships, and revenue targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards
• Coordinate with head office on reports, staffing, and operational needs

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Club Manager or in a similar leadership role (fitness/health club preferred)
• Fluent inArabicand English
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Immediate availability
