Job Description

  • Membership Management: Oversee and process membership payments with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for club members.
  • Member Relations: Address member complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to enhance member satisfaction.
  • Policy Communication: Educate club members about club policies and procedures, ensuring they are well-informed and compliant.
  • Documentation: Organize and maintain all member documents, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval when needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed daily reports to management, highlighting membership trends, issues, and suggestions for improvement.
  • Professional Reporting: Generate regular reports that provide insights into club membership activities, ensuring transparent communication with management.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or membership management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and membership management software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
