This is not limited to full-time candidates. Many instructors teach part-time while balancing other careers or responsibilities.

What You’ll Learn & Experience

• Comprehensive education in Reformer, Mat, and Pilates apparatus
• Anatomy, cueing, class structure, and safety principles
• How to teach Pilates to all levels, from beginner to advanced
• Hands-on practice in a professional studio environment
• Mentorship from experienced Club Pilates instructors
• Exposure to Club Pilates education standards and class formats

Who This Is For

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have ever considered teaching Pilates — even casually
• Love Pilates, fitness, or movement-based disciplines
• Come from a background in dance, yoga, athletics, or group fitness
• Enjoy coaching, cueing, and helping others progress
• Are reliable, professional, and excited to learn something new
• Are available to begin training in January/February

Pilates certification or prior teaching experience is not required to apply.

Our next teacher training cohort begins January 16 in Brentwood and February 27 in Santa Cruz, and applications are being reviewed now. Space is limited, and early applicants will receive priority consideration.
