Club Security Manager

The Club Security Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of security operations within the club premises. This includes ensuring the safety of members, guests, staff, and property, managing security personnel, and implementing effective security protocols and emergency procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures for the club.
• Supervise and schedule security staff, ensuring adequate coverage during operating hours and events.
• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols to maintain a secure environment.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements to enhance club security.
• Train staff on safety protocols, emergency response, and conflict resolution.
• Manage access control systems and ensure only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
• Maintain detailed incident reports and security logs.
• Collaborate with other departments to support event security and VIP protection.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, health and safety regulations, and club policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in security management, preferably in hospitality or club environments.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, emergency procedures, and risk management.
• Experience managing teams and coordinating with external agencies.
• Certification in First Aid, CPR, or security training programs is a plus.
