About the Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Cluster Assistant Director, Sales - Corporate to join our team at Yas Plaza Hotels. You will be responsible for achieving all individual Hotel Sales targets in your area by maintaining and cultivating close relationships with customers. Develop and implement sales strategies for the hotel to ensure revenue and room night sales goals are achieved, sales strategies are set, tactical plans are created and implemented, and results are monitored and achieved through the team.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably 4-6 years of experience in corporate sales and direct supervisory experience over a sales team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and maintain high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest trends in the hospitality industry.
• Must be proactive and able to handle high-pressure situations with ease.
