Cluster Associate Director, Environment Health & Safety

The Cluster Associate Director - EHS is responsible for overseeing, implementing, and monitoring environmental, health, and safety standards across multiple business units. This role ensures full compliance with local regulations, company policies, and international safety standards while promoting a strong safety culture across all operations.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional EHS certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) preferred.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of EHS experience, with multi-site or cluster-level responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, civil defense requirements, and international safety standards.
• Experience in hospitality is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Analytical and problem solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and audit skills.
