Position: Cluster Collection Manager
Location: Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu
Experience: Minimum 5 years in collections with team handling experience
CTC: Up to 9 LPA
Age: 40–48 years

Requirements:

• Proven experience in collections or recovery, preferably in NBFC/BFSI sectors.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects of collections.

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Tirunelveli.
