Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Cluster Construction Manager to lead and oversee multiple super tall tower construction projects in Dubai. The role requires strong leadership in managing large-scale site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with UAE regulations and international construction standards.

The ideal candidate will act as the key point of coordination between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all construction activities across multiple super tall tower project sites
• Oversee site teams including Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors
• Ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Develop, monitor, and control master project schedules and key milestones
• Implement strict cost control measures and manage project budgets effectively
• Enforce HSE standards and ensure zero-compromise safety compliance on site
• Maintain high-quality standards across all construction phases and deliverables
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for smooth project execution
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and operational challenges
• Prepare detailed progress reports and present updates to senior management and clients
• Ensure compliance with Dubai authority regulations (DDA, Dubai Municipality, etc.)
• Manage procurement coordination with materials and logistics teams
• Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 16–20 years of experience in construction industry
• Proven experience in Villas / super tall / high-rise tower projects (mandatory)
• Strong leadership and multi-site management experience
• Excellent knowledge of project planning, execution, and cost control
• Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations and authority approvals
• Experience working with large international contractors in GCC region
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / PMI or equivalent project management certification
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Experience with FIDIC / NEC contract frameworks
• Strong exposure to UAE authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.)
• Proven track record of delivering iconic skyscraper / super tall tower projects in GCC
