Cluster Doctor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of OPDs under the assigned cluster.

• Serve as the senior-most clinical representative, ensuring high standards of patient care across all units.

• Conduct regular OPDs and consultations to support patient inflow, build trust, and set a benchmark for clinical practice.

*

• Mentor and train Consultant Doctors and junior medical staff on protocols, case handling, and patient communication.

*

• Monitor performance and ensure adherence to clinical guidelines, SOPs, and organizational standards.

• Handle escalated clinical concerns or complicated cases as a senior authority.

• Conduct regular clinical audits and reviews to ensure quality and consistency in patient care.

*

• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training programs for Consultant Doctors.

*

• Provide input on strategy for improvement in medical services and patient satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
