Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster General Manager in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. As the Cluster General Manager of Novotel Makkah Thakher City hotel, this pivotal role requires a visionary leader who can drive operational excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction across multiple properties.

Develop and implement strategic plans to maximise revenue, profitability, and market share for all properties within the cluster

Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple hotels, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences

Lead and inspire a diverse team of hotel managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures

Drive sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy rates and revenue per available room (RevPAR)

Ensure compliance with brand standards, local regulations, and company policies across all properties

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, corporate leadership, and local authorities

Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction

Oversee property maintenance, renovations, and capital improvement projects

Manage crisis situations and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks
Qualifications-
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred

Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality management, with a proven track record of success in cluster or multi-property management roles

Demonstrated expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
