Cluster General Manager – Makkah (Multi-property)

Key outcomes/responsibilities

 Takeover & mobilisation (first 90–180 days): transition planning, systems/SOPs,

staffing, vendor onboarding, service relaunch; ensure brand audit readiness once

selected.

 Operational excellence (cluster): Rooms + F&B (as applicable), housekeeping,

engineering, security; drive service consistency in high-volume pilgrimage demand.

 Peak season leadership: end-to-end readiness and crowd/flow planning;

contingency, crisis response, and coordination with relevant authorities as required.

 Financial delivery: budget/forecast, productivity, cost ratios, procurement controls;

strong internal controls and audit readiness.

 Owner/brand governance: disciplined reporting cadence, transparent performance

commentary, risk escalation, and capex prioritisation.

 People & culture: build a high-accountability service culture; training for brand

standards, religious etiquette, and safety.

Ideal candidate

 Senior hotel GM with proven experience in Makkah/Madinah or high-volume

religious destination operations.

 Strong background in takeover/turnaround/brand transition, owner-facing

governance, and financial control.

 English & Arabic required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
