Key outcomes/responsibilities
Takeover & mobilisation (first 90–180 days): transition planning, systems/SOPs,
staffing, vendor onboarding, service relaunch; ensure brand audit readiness once
selected.
Operational excellence (cluster): Rooms + F&B (as applicable), housekeeping,
engineering, security; drive service consistency in high-volume pilgrimage demand.
Peak season leadership: end-to-end readiness and crowd/flow planning;
contingency, crisis response, and coordination with relevant authorities as required.
Financial delivery: budget/forecast, productivity, cost ratios, procurement controls;
strong internal controls and audit readiness.
Owner/brand governance: disciplined reporting cadence, transparent performance
commentary, risk escalation, and capex prioritisation.
People & culture: build a high-accountability service culture; training for brand
standards, religious etiquette, and safety.
Ideal candidate
Senior hotel GM with proven experience in Makkah/Madinah or high-volume
religious destination operations.
Strong background in takeover/turnaround/brand transition, owner-facing
governance, and financial control.
English & Arabic required
