Grade - upto AVP


- To lead and manage the Agri Banking business across the assigned cluster/region by driving sales, ensuring portfolio growth, maintaining asset quality, and developing strong customer and stakeholder relationships.


- Responsible for achieving business targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.


Key Deliverables / KPIs:


Business Growth:


- Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets for Agri loans, deposits & fee income.


- Increase cluster market share in Agri finance.


Portfolio Quality:


- Maintain PAR (Portfolio at Risk) & NPA within approved limits.


- Ensure timely renewal and monitoring of accounts.


Team Productivity:


- Ensure 100% manpower availability at branches.


- Drive team performance through training, reviews, and target achievements.


Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:


- Strengthen relationships with farmers, FPOs, agri-MSMEs, and co-operatives.


- Leverage government schemes & subsidy programs for business.


Compliance & Risk:


- 100% adherence to audit norms, credit policy, and regulatory guidelines.


- Zero tolerance for compliance lapses.


Innovation & Digital:


- Drive digital penetration (UPI, KCC cards, mobile banking, etc.) in rural/agri segment.


- Support adoption of new agri-linked financial products.


Requirements:


- Graduate/Post-Graduate in Agriculture, Agri Business, Finance, or related fields (MBA preferred).


- 8 to 10 years of banking experience with strong exposure to Agri / Rural banking with both b2b and b2b experience .


- Proven track record in sales, business development, and portfolio management.


- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.


- Knowledge of local Agri markets, government schemes, and agri value chains.
