2. RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
Increase sales (AUM) as per targets in addition to coordinating, managing & monotoring the activities of individual channels in the assigned region
Geographical expansion, incresing penetration & higher market share
Leading the sales function and ensuring that the team members meet their sales target individually as well as collectively
Manage Key sales accounts within product range or assigned district
Maintaining & managing relationships in various IFAs
Coordinating with various channels in the respective region to devise strategies and operational issues for augmenting sales & increasing AUM
Liase closely with the investment team on product development and enhacement, give periodical feedback to investment team on market trends &
competitor knowledge
3. CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Skills & Experience
Essential / Desirable
Knowledge & understanding of Mutual Fund Industry
Experience in managing Institutional Sales, Retail, Banking and Distribution
Knowledge of all Mutual Fund compliances
4. PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
Perseverance, high on intrinsic motivation and driven by targets
Self-starter and possess good verbal and written communication skills, be customer focused and able to co-ordinate between disparate groups
Adaptability to learn, analyse and disseminate
