Responsibilities

• Manage regional Operations by planning and implementing strategies to ensure improvement in both service and transit time performance whilst managing costs. Manage in a high-pressure, changing environment with demands from both internal & external customers regionally
• Achieve agreed market-leading Transit Time, Data Quality, and Service Performance targets.
• Manage the measurement, monitoring, and actions for improvement.
• Implement the Operations component of Annual Operating plans in tandem with the Regional strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental obligations while leading initiatives to remove trade impediments.
• Roll out projects to address regional and network imperatives and programmes.

Requirements

Experience: 12-15 years of experience
