Responsibilities

• To ensure that Information Systems in the hotel provide uninterrupted service to all departments.
• To provide technical assistance and advice to the hotel management. To assist other departments to get the best out of the hotel's Information System.
• Understand various IT troubleshooting and provide technical support
• Control and monitor data, network access and backup systems

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in related position
• Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems
• Strong technical problem solving and communication skills
• English knowledge verbal & written communication
