Position Overview

The Cluster Manager is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing the performance, profitability, and people management of 3–5 premium tattoo studios within a defined region. This role demands a strong balance of business acumen, people leadership, and customer service excellence to ensure that every studio operates at the highest standards of the Aliens brand.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with prior experience in managing multi location retail or service-based businesses, ensuring operational efficiency, team motivation, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Studio Operations & Business Performance

  • Oversee the daily operations of 3–5 studios, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and brand standards.
  • Monitor studio-level performance metrics (sales, client satisfaction, expenses, etc.) and drive revenue growth across all locations.
  • Analyze business performance data and create monthly reports with actionable insights for improvement.
  • Conduct regular studio audits to maintain hygiene, ambiance, and operational efficiency in alignment with the “Aliens Vibe.”
  • Manage studio profitability by optimizing costs, improving conversion rates, and enhancing customer experience.

2. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate Studio Operations Coordinators, artists, and support teams across studios.
  • Build strong team culture, ensuring alignment with Aliens Tattoo’s mission, values, and service standards.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and collaborate with HR and L&D for development programs.
  • Manage artist transfers, guest spots, and manpower allocation to maintain smooth functioning across all studios.

3. Customer Experience & Relationship Management

  • Ensure an exceptional client experience across all studios — from consultation to post-tattoo engagement.
  • Handle escalated client issues and ensure resolution within defined timelines.
  • Foster long-term customer relationships through loyalty and referral programs.
  • Regularly interact with key clients to maintain the premium image of the brand.

4. Sales & Marketing Support

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to plan and execute region specific promotions, events, and campaigns.
  • Ensure studios meet their monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor lead follow-ups, CRM data health, and client conversion performance across all assigned studios.
  • Identify local partnership opportunities and brand collaborations to drive footfall and awareness.

5. Reporting & Coordination with HQ

  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Head of Operations on studio performance, people metrics, and sales figures.
  • Liaise with the finance, HR, marketing, and design departments to ensure operational synchronization.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to help refine overall brand strategy.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related f ield (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in operations, business management, or retail leadership; experience in managing multiple outlets or service centers is a must.
  • Proven ability to manage P&L and drive revenue performance.
  • Excellent people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment. • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for creating premium experiences.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently across studios in the assigned region.
  • Prior experience in lifestyle, hospitality, salon, spa, or premium retail industries will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
