The Cluster Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple valet parking locations within an assigned cluster. The role ensures efficient valet operations, excellent customer service, compliance with company standards, and achievement of operational and financial objectives. The Cluster Manager will supervise site teams, maintain client relationships, and ensure smooth daily operations across all assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily valet operations across multiple assigned locations.
  • Ensure all sites operate in accordance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Supervise Site Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Valet Attendants.
  • Conduct regular site visits and operational inspections.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, property management teams, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security requirements.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and customer complaints and submit reports accordingly.
  • Identify training needs and conduct coaching sessions to improve staff performance.
  • Ensure proper handling and safeguarding of customer vehicles.
  • Monitor revenue, operational costs, and productivity levels within assigned locations.
  • Support business growth initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Ensure all valet equipment, uniforms, and operational assets are properly maintained.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years+ of experience in valet operations, parking management, hospitality, or transportation services.
  • At least 2 years+ of experience in a managerial or multi-site supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of valet parking operations and customer service standards.
  • Experience managing multiple sites and large teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting.
  • UAE Driving License is required.
  • UAE experience in valet operations, hospitality, or parking management is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
