Job Title: Cluster Manager – EV 3-Wheeler Financing (Sales & Collections)Job Overview
The Cluster Manager will lead the sales, operations, and collections for electric 3-wheeler financing across multiple assigned locations. The role involves expanding business, managing teams, building channel partnerships, ensuring compliance, and maintaining healthy portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales
- Drive sales and achieve disbursement targets for EV 3-wheeler loans (loaders and passenger vehicles).
- Develop new geographies and markets to expand the financing network.
- Implement effective sales strategies to meet cluster-level targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, manufacturers, and channel partners.
- Identify and onboard new business partners to drive growth.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends.
- Ensure smooth execution of marketing and promotional activities across the cluster.
2. Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage Sales Managers, Field Executives, and Sales Officers.
- Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and align efforts with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review targets, challenges, and strategies.
- Lead and mentor sales executives and collection staff to achieve monthly targets.
- Set performance goals and provide constructive feedback.
- Drive a culture of accountability, productivity, and customer focus.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain a customer-first approach and address customer grievances effectively.
- Enhance customer experience by simplifying loan processes and reducing turnaround time.
4. Credit & Risk Management
- Coordinate with the credit team for loan assessments and approvals.
- Implement robust risk management practices to minimize delinquencies.
- Oversee collection processes and ensure portfolio quality remains healthy.
5. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure smooth execution of financing operations including documentation, disbursements, and collections.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, company policies, and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate sales, collection, and customer records.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance, credit quality, collections, and market trends.
6. Market Insights & Strategy
- Stay updated on competitor activities, market developments, and EV financing trends.
- Provide insights to refine market strategies and product offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation and promotional activities.
7. Portfolio Management & Collections
- Manage and monitor the loan portfolio to balance new business and recoveries.
- Oversee collections and recovery activities to ensure low delinquency rates.
- Implement strategies for managing NPAs and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the field team to resolve delayed or disputed payments.
Preferred Candidate ProfileQualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in retail lending or commercial vehicle financing.
- Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong experience in CV/EV vehicle financing is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of the 3-wheeler (loader/passenger) market and financing ecosystem.

- Knowledge of credit appraisal, risk assessment, loan disbursement, and collection processes.
