The Role

As a Cluster Master Payroll, you will oversee and manage the complete payroll function across multiple properties within the cluster. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with labor laws and company policies, and the integrity of all payroll data. You will collaborate with HR and Finance departments to support team members, drive process efficiency, and safeguard confidential information.


Your role will require meticulous attention to detail, strong systems knowledge, and the ability to lead payroll operations at scale while providing exceptional service to colleagues.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Please note that the responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive. Red Sea Global Hospitality employees continuously innovate in caring for the needs of the business, their guests, and their colleagues. As a Cluster Master Payroll, you will need to:


Payroll Management

  • Oversee the payroll process for all cluster properties, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Process monthly salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, and benefits in line with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Ensure correct calculation and submission of end-of-service benefits, gratuities, and leave settlements.
  • Review and reconcile payroll registers, variance reports, and final payroll runs.

Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records in alignment with statutory requirements and audits.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for payroll-related reviews and ensure timely resolution of findings.

Systems & Data Integrity

  • Manage and maintain the payroll system, ensuring accuracy of employee data and timely system updates.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations are reflected accurately in payroll records.
  • Implement system enhancements and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
  • Support HRIS/ERP (e.g., SAP or similar) payroll modules for efficiency and accuracy.

Collaboration & Employee Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries across the cluster.
  • Provide guidance and training to HR and Finance teams on payroll procedures and compliance.
  • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies or employee concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Build strong working relationships with HR, Finance, and property leadership teams to ensure alignment.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for cluster leadership.
  • Analyze payroll data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes with payroll cost insights.



Key Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.


  • Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or cluster-level role within luxury hospitality or a multinational organization.


  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, GOSI, and statutory requirements.


  • Hands-on experience with Oasys payroll system. Additional SAP payroll systems experience will be preferred
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.


  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage large-scale payroll operations.


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple properties.


  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is an asset.
