Cluster Sales Executive

Job Purpose:
To prospect and sell individual accounts on behalf of the hotel in accordance with the objectives established in the Marketing Plan, to ensure that quotas are met and to ensure that sales activities and bookings are focused to yield maximum revenue per available room
Job Description:

Pursue and evaluate, solicit, sell and confirm business as required to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability.

Make telephone and personal sales calls on accounts. Follow up promptly with appropriate action to support telephone and personal sales calls.

Solicit and service Worldwide Corporate and Transient accounts.

Negotiate with clients and achieve maximum revenue/profit potential while satisfying client needs.

Understand and use the various sales tools the company provides.

Demonstrate the energy and commitment to meet and exceed personal goals.

Demonstrate thorough product knowledge when communicating with customers.

Maintain and utilize a thorough knowledge of the competition.

Conduct facility tours.

Make a strong and positive impression on clients in individual and group settings.

Coordinate with other Department Heads to ensure quality of guest/group satisfaction.

Follow-up on all leads, maintain a good relationship and generate Revenue.

Develop and maintain individual account plans for all top accounts that are designed to maximize account production.
Qualifications and Experience:

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding individual goals

Driver's license is a MUST
-
Understand the overall dynamics of corporate market

Sales Executive with minimum 1-2 years working experience
-
Good personal & business references.

Strong communication skills

Highly motivated individual with strong organizational skills
