Position Overview
The Cluster Talent & Culture Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and implementing Talent & Culture strategies across Rosewood Red Sea and Rosewood AMAALA. This role supports the Cluster Director of Talent & Culture in driving the full associate lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, learning, and compliance — ensuring alignment with Rosewood’s philosophy of A Sense of Place® and fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and well-being.
This position will be instrumental in supporting two ultra-luxury pre-openings, ensuring a seamless transition from project to operation, and embedding Rosewood’s brand DNA within all aspects of the associate experience.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Cluster Director of Talent & Culture to execute HR strategies across both properties, supporting pre-opening, ramp-up, and operational phases.

Lead day-to-day Talent & Culture operations including recruitment, associate relations, performance management, and HR administration.

Collaborate with department heads to fulfill staffing needs while meeting Saudization targets and diversity goals.

Manage recruitment channels including agencies, job portals, and international sourcing networks; coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding logistics.

Drive the pre-opening onboarding and induction process, ensuring all associates are welcomed and integrated in alignment with the Rosewood “Journey Book” and “Make the Place” experience.

Oversee learning and development initiatives, ensuring delivery of brand, compliance, and leadership programs.

Support the rollout of performance reviews, talent mapping, and career development plans.

Lead engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communication across the Cluster to nurture associate pride and belonging.

Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws, GOSI, and corporate compliance standards.

Maintain accurate HRIS data, reports, and documentation to support audits and management insights.

Collaborate closely with Talent & Culture Coordinators and property HR teams to ensure consistency and efficiency of HR processes across both resorts.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within luxury hospitality or pre-opening environments.

Experience in managing HR operations for multiple properties or complex organizations is an advantage.

In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in HR systems, MS Office, and recruitment platforms.

Ability to travel between the two properties as required.
