CMA Instructor

Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging CMA (Certified Management Accountant) Instructor to deliver part-time training sessions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in management accounting concepts and the ability to train students effectively for CMA certification exams using practical and exam-focused approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training for CMA Part 1 & Part 2
• Cover core topics including:
• Financial Planning, Performance & Analytics
• Cost Management and Budgeting
• Internal Controls and Risk Management
• Financial Statement Analysis
• Corporate Finance and Decision Analysis
• Prepare and update training materials, question banks, and mock exams
• Conduct practice sessions and exam-oriented coaching
• Evaluate student performance through tests and assignments
• Provide guidance on CMA exam strategy and preparation
• Support students with queries and concept clarification
• Customize training based on batch requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CMA qualification (mandatory)
• Minimum 3–5 years of industry experience in accounting/finance
• Minimum 2+ years of teaching or training experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Skills

• Additional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CA (added advantage)
• Experience in corporate training or professional coaching
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and business concepts
• Familiarity with classroom and online teaching tools
