This is a critical role in driving Tier 2 channel performance across Egypt. The role is responsible for managing and expanding the Tier 2 partner ecosystem by building strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and SI–VAR partners. It also requires close collaboration with Country Manager, marketing, product management, and operations teams to support and execute integrated channel initiatives.
Relevant recognized formal qualifications (university level).
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar international or regional sales role (with a similar company, national distributor, or trading company)
Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic language.
Familiarity with MS Office applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Grow and manage Tier‑2 channel partners to achieve sales and coverage targets.
Strengthen partner relationships with distributors, resellers, and SI–VARs to increase loyalty and engagement.
Drive channel penetration and market expansion across Egypt.
Lead demand-generation activities including promotions, partner programs and market development efforts.
Conduct competitive mapping to identify growth opportunities and defend market share.
Enhance brand visibility at the channel level through coordinated marketing and field execution.
Accelerate sell‑out performance with a structured, data‑driven channel activation strategy.
