CMM Engineer

Knowledge & Skills:

1. Knowledge of Zeiss CMM inspection & Programming.

2. Knowledge of Calypso software.

3. knowledge of GD &T requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Experience in Engineering drawing study.

2. Experience in Inspection plan / Control plan.

3. Experience in Measurement techniques and Inspection of Parts (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics)

4. Knowledge of CMM inspection and Programming in Carl Zeiss, Accurate, Mitutoyo and Brown sharp.

5. Knowledge of GD&T as per Y ASME 14.5

6. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 QMS standards.

7. Knowledge of PFD, FMEA and Control plan.

8. Experience in Various manufacturing processes (Sheet metal, Casting, Machining, Surface treatments, Heat treatments etc.)

9. Knowledge of PPAP, Inspection, SPC, QC tools, Problem solving methods, PDCA methodology.

10. Knowledge of Root cause Analysis and corrective action reports.

11. Good communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
