Position Summary:
The CMMS Coordinator manages, configures, and maintains the software (TMS) used to track the organization's maintenance activities, assets, work orders, and inventory. The role is crucial for ensuring data accuracy, optimizing maintenance workflows, supporting overall asset management strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma
Minimum 2 years of experience managing Work Order Management or other Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Background in facilities, construction, or other similar industry
Preferred Qualifications:
2-year Associate’s Degree (or professional training) in Business Administration, Information System, Engineering or a related field
Familiarity with NFPA, and other codes relevant to building and mechanical practices
Hospital/Healthcare employment experience
OSHA training/education related to general industry and/or construction industry
