Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to oversee maintenance planning activities within our facility operations. The ideal candidate must hold a degree in engineering and have a minimum of 7 years of relevant maintenance management experience in a compatible facility. Proven experience in planning maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance project plans, schedules, and workflows.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities across departments.
• Ensure maintenance projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality standards.
• Utilize maintenance management systems to track progress, generate reports, and analyze performance.
• Liaise with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to optimize resource allocation.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance plans, schedules, and project reports.
• Support management in decision-making regarding maintenance strategies and investments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline).
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant maintenance management experience in a compatible facility.
• Proven experience in planning maintenance projects.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles, systems, and best practices.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in facilities management within the GCC region.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
