We operate primarily through Amazon and direct-to-consumer channels, and we are looking for a hands-on CMO / Growth Lead who can take ownership of our marketing and scale our business to the next level..

Responsibilities

  • You will be the primary driver of growth across all marketing channels.

1. Paid Advertising (Core Focus)

  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Tik tok/Instagram), Google Ads, and Amazon PPC
  • Plan, launch, and scale campaigns based on ROAS and CAC targets
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and funnels
  • Analyze performance data and continuously improve results

2. Social Media & Content Growth

  • Manage and grow Instagram and TikTok accounts
  • Plan and execute content strategy aligned with brand identity
  • Identify trends and create viral / high-performing content
  • Coordinate with creators or influencers when needed

3. Amazon & E-commerce Optimization

  • Optimize Amazon listings (titles, images, keywords, A+ content)
  • Improve conversion rates and organic ranking
  • Monitor competitors and implement strategic adjustments

4. Email & Retention Marketing

  • Set up and manage basic email marketing flows
  • Execute campaigns for promotions, launches, and retention

5. Hands-on Execution

  • This is a doer role, not a manager role
  • You will execute strategies directly (no large team yet)
  • Work closely with the founder to drive growth decisions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or fashion marketing
  • Strong experience with at least one major ad platform (Meta / Google / Amazon)
  • Proven ability to scale revenue or improve ROAS
  • Experience managing SNS accounts (Instagram, TikTok)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership

  • Experience in fashion or apparel brands
  • Experience selling on Amazon
  • Creative sense for fashion trends and branding

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
