CMS Developer (GHL Expert)

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled CMS Developer who understands modern web development and can build responsive, high-converting websites, funnels, and membership systems. You will work closely with our design and automation teams to bring UI/UX layouts to life and implement dynamic content using CMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites, funnels, and landing pages using CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, GoHighLevel, OnePage, Shopify, etc.).
• Convert Figma and XD designs into fully responsive pages.
• Build custom CMS collections, dynamic pages, and reusable components.
• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, automations, and CRMs (Zapier, Make.com, GHL, Stripe, email marketing, etc.).
• Optimize sites for performance, SEO, and accessibility.
• Troubleshoot CMS-related issues, bugs, and layout inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with designers and automation specialists to ensure smooth handoff and implementation.
• Manage hosting, SSL, backups, and versioning (where needed).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a related field.
• Proficient in Kartra, Kajabi, Systeme.io, ClickFunnels, and GoHighLevel.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Experience building high-converting sales funnels and membership portals.
• Ability to integrate APIs and automate workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience working with plugins, custom code embeds, and CMS structures.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to deliver clean, maintainable code.

Bonus Skills

• Ability to Speak English
• Experience with backend logic (Node.js / PHP).
• Familiarity with funnel strategy and CRO.
• UI/UX skills or ability to collaborate on design improvements.
• Experience with membership portals, LMS setups, and gated content.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
