• 2nd Shift: 3:00PM-11:15PM
• 3rd Shift:11:00PM-7:15AM

Job Duties:

• Provide personalized assistance to elderly individuals with dementia with their daily self-care tasks, such as dressing, bathing, and using the restroom, as needed.
• Support elderly individuals with dementia in engaging with their daily routine, including activities and mealtimes.
• Maintain detailed electronic records documenting the individual's daily activities.
• Light housekeeping and laundry duties.
