Contract Length: 13 Weeks (05/12/2026 – 08/15/2026)
Schedule: 5x7.5-hour shifts (Full-Time)
Shift Times: Day & Night shifts (variable; scheduled per client needs)
Hours: 37.5 hrs/week
Pay: $665 – $762/week
Requirements: Every Other Weekend (EOW) + Holidays required
Orientation: Must be available for full-shift orientation on Tuesday or Thursday
Assist residents with ADLs (hygiene, dressing, toileting, positioning, skin care) per care plan
Maintain safe environment (respond to call lights, fall prevention, equipment monitoring)
Support nutrition (meal setup, feeding assistance, honor resident preferences)
Assist with mobility/rehab (ambulation, transfers, ROM, proper alignment, assistive devices)
Report changes in resident condition and concerns promptly to nursing staff
Complete accurate documentation per facility protocol
Active NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (minimum 1 year)
BLS Certification (AHA or RQI only)
Minimum 1 year of LTC or CNA experience
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work in an environment with potential exposure to blood/body fluids
