CNA (Contract to Perm) – NY 14456

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks (05/12/2026 – 08/15/2026)

• Schedule: 5x7.5-hour shifts (Full-Time)

• Shift Times: Day & Night shifts (variable; scheduled per client needs)

• Hours: 37.5 hrs/week

• Pay: $665 – $762/week

• Requirements: Every Other Weekend (EOW) + Holidays required

• Orientation: Must be available for full-shift orientation on Tuesday or Thursday

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (hygiene, dressing, toileting, positioning, skin care) per care plan

• Maintain safe environment (respond to call lights, fall prevention, equipment monitoring)

• Support nutrition (meal setup, feeding assistance, honor resident preferences)

• Assist with mobility/rehab (ambulation, transfers, ROM, proper alignment, assistive devices)

• Report changes in resident condition and concerns promptly to nursing staff

• Complete accurate documentation per facility protocol

Requirements

• Active NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (minimum 1 year)

• BLS Certification (AHA or RQI only)

• Minimum 1 year of LTC or CNA experience

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to work in an environment with potential exposure to blood/body fluids
