CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant/ Med Aide

This full-time Charge Nurse position involves supervising nursing staff, overseeing medication administration, and ensuring quality resident care.

• Maintain professionalism, supervise staff, assign tasks, monitor safety, and document performance.
• Perform clinical duties including assessments, treatments, and communication with families and physicians.
• Conduct staff coaching, disciplinary actions, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Train and orient new staff, relay policy updates, and provide ongoing education.
• Coordinate with healthcare departments and resolve resident or staff conflicts promptly.
• Follow all facility policies, participate in quality assurance activities, and perform nursing tasks as needed.
