CNA Direct Care Professional

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one support for an autistic adult in a home setting. This role focuses on promoting independence, maintaining daily routines, and offering patient, respectful care tailored to individual sensory and communication needs. The ideal candidate is attentive, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping others thrive in a supportive environment. This is a remote position as it can be worked in the CNA's home. This position could also include overnight care in the CNA's home. Home inspection will be required. Transportation into the community will also be required. The CNA must complete a background check and drug testing to be hired for this position.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, supporting social and communication goals, and ensuring a safe, structured routine. Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is strongly preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a caring attitude and strong work ethic. Requirements

• Valid CNA certification with current state licensure.
• Experience working in home & community care settings.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and patient safety protocols including HIPAA compliance.
• Prior experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages—including pediatrics—and coordinate with healthcare teams. Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
