### Overview

This is a PRN position must have open availability. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide to join our healthcare team. As a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and assisting with various ADL's. ### Responsibilities

- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and assisting with mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist with patient transfers and repositioning to ensure comfort and prevent bedsores.
- Perform basic wound care, including cleaning and dressing wounds.
- Assist with meals and ensure proper nutrition for patients.
- Maintain accurate medical records and document patient information in their chart.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

### Experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• -CPR and First Aide
• Certified medtech
• -High school diploma or equivalent is required
• - Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or similar role is preferred but not required.
• - Strong knowledge and understand of patient needs to provide appropriate care.- Familiarity with medical documentation processes and ability to maintain accurate records.- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
