CNA or Caregiver

Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) or experienced Caregivers to provide exceptional support and care to individuals in their home in Derby, CT. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of a patient, by delivering personalized assistance with dignity and respect. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient care, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be committed to promoting well-being and independence for those they serve.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and residents with activities of daily living, including stand by assist bathing, dressing, grooming
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition accurately.
• Support medication reminders.
• Collaborate with supervision and other team members on this account.
• Prior experience (2 years)working home care or in a care facility.
• Pass a background check
• Licensed driver and working automobile

Schedule

• Two or 3 weekdays plus one weekend day
• 8 hour Daytime shifts

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
