CNA- RehabLiving at The Meadows

We are currently seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our friendly RehabLiving at The Meadows team. As a CNA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their stay. Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
  • Help patients move safely around the facility, including transfers and ambulation.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
  • Maintain a clean and safe patient environment by following infection control protocols.
  • Assist nursing staff with medical equipment and patient care tasks as directed.
  • Document patient care activities accurately and promptly in medical records.
  • Must be a Certified Nurse Aide or currently enrolled in a Certified Nurse Aide program (completed first 16 hours of coursework).
  • Ability to complete the Certified Nurse Aide program within four months of hire and maintain certification without lapse.
  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain it within three months of hire.
  • Prior clinical experience is preferred.
  • Strong assessment and observation skills with effective communication abilities. Must possess good physical and mental health.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and team members.
  • Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting and moving patients.
  • Basic knowledge of infection control and patient safety procedures.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
