CNA/HHA - Overnights

Overview
Join our compassionate team as a CNA/HHA providing home care, where your dedication and empathy will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (feeding, bathing, showering, transferring)
• Monitor residents’ safety and well-being throughout the overnight shift
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs, light housekeeping tasks like cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe environment.
• Prepare meals or snacks as needed, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed accurately.
• Document observations meticulously in compliance with HIPAA regulations and care protocols; communicate any concerns or changes to supervising staff immediately.

One-on-One care in a client's home or facility

• App based system for scheduling and time tracking with capability to access weekly pay stubs.
• Get paid easily and effortlessly with weekly direct deposit.
• Choose the area you want to visit, the number of clients you work, and be treated as a values resource to the homecare industry.

Experience

• Active CNA License or HHA Certificate from State-Accredited school
• CPR Certified
• Prior experience in caregiving
• Familiarity with caring for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, autism spectrum disorder, or developmental disabilities enhances your ability to deliver specialized support.
• Experience working within care plans and adhering to HIPAA standards ensures confidentiality and quality of care.
