The CNC and Complex Systems Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring optimal performance, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC, PLC, robotic, and other automated systems. This role plays a critical part in minimizing downtime, supporting production, and maintaining the overall reliability of complex equipment and facilities.

???? In this role, you’ll:

✔️ Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC, PLC, robotics, and logic-controlled systems

✔️ Manage preventative maintenance schedules using CMMS

✔️ Support production with tool life management and repairs

✔️ Assist in facilities upkeep (electrical, plumbing, compressed air, etc.)

✔️ Help drive safety and continuous improvement

???? Experience: 2+ years in CNC/automation maintenance

???? Education: 2-year technical degree or equivalent training preferred
