CNC DESIGNER

Job Title: CNC Designer & Operator

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Designer & Operator with at least 2 years of experience using ASPIRE software or ARTCAM for CNC designing on computer, including cutting 3D designs.

The ideal candidate should also possess strong expertise in operating CNC machines and be proficient in AutoCAD software along with ASPIRE or ARTCAM.

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR OPERATOR, WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CNC DESIGNER WHO CAN CONVERT 3DS MAX OR SKETCHUP FILES ON ASPIRE OR ARTCAM AND MAKE CNC FILES FOR CUTTING ON THE MACHINE. WE ALREADY HAVE CNC OPERATORS IN-HOUSE.

Key Responsibilities:

• CNC Designing: Create and modify designs using ASPIRE or ARTCAM software, including complex 3D cutting and carving.
• Machine Operation: Efficiently operate and troubleshoot CNC machines to achieve high-quality output.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD alongside ASPIRE for enhanced design precision and compatibility.
• Project Management: Handle multiple design projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Technical Maintenance: Perform regular checks and maintenance of CNC machines for optimal performance.
• KNOWLEDGE OF AUTOCAD IS A MUST.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with ASPIRE or ARTCAM software and CNC machine operations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
