Job Overview:

Italco International LLC is looking for a skilled Draughtsman cum CNC Designer / Programmer to support interior fit-out, furniture, and joinery projects. The ideal candidate should have strong CAD proficiency and knowledge of CNC operations.

CNC knowledge is preferred, but training will be provided for motivated candidates. This is a great opportunity for candidates with home country experience in interior design, mechanical, or engineering projects to grow professionally in a UAE environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical drawings and detailed plans using AutoCAD, ArtCAM, or similar CAD software.
• Convert design concepts into CNC-ready drawings and programs.
• Operate CNC machines or learn operations through provided training.
• Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and designers to ensure design accuracy.
• Revise and update drawings according to project and client requirements.
• Assist in material selection and ensure designs meet engineering and quality standards.
• Maintain organized documentation of drawings, projects, and CNC programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, ArtCAM, or other CAD/CAM software.
• Knowledge of CNC operations and programming is preferred; training will be provided.
• Understanding of interior fit-out, furniture, joinery, or mechanical projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and organizational skills.

Candidate Profile:

• Must have UAE/home country experience in interior design, mechanical, furniture, or fit-out projects.
• Available to work in UAE and attend interviews if shortlisted.
• Motivated to learn CNC operations and grow professionally.
