Production Dratsman

Production & Shop Drawings

• Prepare detailed production and shop drawings for joinery, fit-out works, furniture, metalworks, and interior elements.
• Translate design intent into accurate technical drawings that comply with project specifications, industry standards, and fabrication requirements.
• Ensure all drawings include complete dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, installation details, and manufacturing tolerances.
• Update drawings based on comments from the Production/Technical Manager, clients, consultants, and site teams.
• Prepare cutting lists, assembly details, exploded views, and fabrication diagrams as required.

Technical Coordination

• Coordinate closely with the Production Manager, project teams, designers, and site engineers to obtain necessary technical information.
• Attend technical meetings and site visits when needed to clarify requirements and validate measurements.
• Ensure drawings align with site conditions, MEP coordination, and architectural constraints.

Quality & Compliance

• Review all incoming design drawings, specifications, and references before proceeding with production drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, joinery best practices, and applicable codes.
• Highlight technical issues, conflicts, or discrepancies and propose practical solutions.

Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain an organized drawing database, ensuring revision control and proper documentation.
• Prepare drawing submittals for approval and track all revisions.
• Support in preparing as-built drawings upon project completion.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
