CNC Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance

Qualification : BE / Dip - Elec/ Mech
Experience :4-5 yrs

1. Must have CNC working experience in CNC machines - MAG, Heller, DMG(around 60% of the machines are DMG), Starrag (Customer specifically wants candidates with exposure to such machines)
2. Must have Siemens PLC knowledge. Able to troubleshoot PLC related issues. .
3. .Hydraulic & Pneumatic trouble shooting,
4. Conveyor Maintenance, Pump maintenance,Crane, Elec hoist, Forklift PLC basics, Bearing assembly, VFD, Electrical wiring,
5. Able to read & understand electrical circuits / hydraulic circuits,
6. Exposure / Knowledge of various sensors, gauges & instruments
7..Exposure / Knowledge of TBM,CBM
8. Exposure / Knowledge of Kaizen, Why-Why analysis, Poka-Yoke
9. Carry out 5S in department & in equipment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
