CNC Joinery Machine Operator (Wood Division)

• Operate CNC wood machines for kitchen, wardrobe, and home décor systems
• Perform accurate cutting, drilling, grooving, and shaping as per shop drawings
• Read and interpret technical drawings and production layouts
• Set up machine programs and adjust machine settings when required
• Ensure precision, quality, and smooth finishing of panels and components
• Coordinate with production supervisor and factory team
• Guide and explain work details to laborers and helpers
• Monitor material usage and reduce wastage
• Maintain machine cleanliness and basic preventive maintenance
• Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as CNC operator in joinery/wood factory
• Strong experience in kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and interior wood systems
• Ability to read shop drawings and production plans
• Experience in all types of CNC grooving and routing work
• Knowledge of CNC programming is an advantage
• Ability to manage helpers and coordinate with factory team
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work under production deadlines
