Computer Numerical Control Machine Operator

Raycom Engineering , part of the Wafi Group industrial platform, is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator with strong expertise in Turn-Mill machines to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in precision machining, programming, and quality inspection, preferably within the oilfield or OCTG components sector .

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Turn-Mill machines to produce precision components

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications

• Set up tooling, offsets, and machine parameters for production runs

• Perform CNC programming and program adjustments as required

• Produce API threads and perform thread repair work where required

• Inspect machined parts using measuring instruments to ensure compliance with quality standards

• Maintain accurate production and quality records

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating CNC Turn-Mill machines

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Knowledge of tool setting, offsets, and CNC programming

• Experience with Fanuc control systems preferred

• Experience working with oilfield / OCTG components is highly desirable

• Strong knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection processes

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
