CNC Laser cutting machine operator

We are looking for a skilled CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator with hands-on experience in cutting aluminum and other sheet metals. The ideal candidate should be experienced in operating laser cutting machines, reading technical drawings, and ensuring precision cutting according to production specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC fiber laser cutting machines for aluminum and other metals.
• Set up machine parameters (power, speed, gas pressure, focus, etc.) according to material thickness.
• Load and unload metal sheets safely.
• Interpret engineering drawings and CAD files.
• Perform nesting and basic program adjustments.
• Monitor cutting quality and make necessary adjustments.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality standards.
• Maintain production records and report issues to the supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
