CNC Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines for sheet metal fabrication.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Perform accurate bending and forming of metal sheets for dampers, fire doors, air outlets, louvers, and other HVAC products.
• Ensure quality control by checking dimensions and tolerances of fabricated parts.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Collaborate with production team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
• Report machine issues or production concerns to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma / ITI / Technical certificate in Mechanical / Sheet Metal / CNC Operation.
• 2–5 years of experience as a CNC press brake operator, preferably in sheet metal fabrication or HVAC product manufacturing.
• Knowledge of sheet metal properties, bending techniques, and machine operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files.
