Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman with expertise in preparing precise CAD drawings and CNC-compatible design files for architectural projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing shop drawings, joinery details, and 2D/3D models that can be directly used for CNC cutting, milling, and fabrication. This role requires strong knowledge of architectural drafting as well as CNC machining processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural CAD drawings and shop drawings for CNC machining (wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum, etc.).
• Convert architectural concepts, sketches, and design briefs into accurate CNC-ready files (DXF, DWG, etc.).
• Create joinery and fabrication details for furniture, interiors, panels, partitions, and custom design elements.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and CNC operators to ensure design accuracy and manufacturability.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback from site teams and production units.
• Apply material knowledge (wood, composite, metal, stone) to optimize CNC output.
• Ensure all designs follow project specifications, tolerances, and industry standards.
• Maintain drawing archives and version control for all CNC-related files.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil/Mechanical Drafting, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman, preferably in CNC-based joinery/interior works.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
• Knowledge of CAM software and CNC operations is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with architectural detailing, joinery methods, and fabrication standards.
• Excellent technical drawing, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with design, production, and site teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
