CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our team in a fast-paced marble fabrication facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to cut, shape, and polish marble and natural stone products according to design specifications. Experience in stone fabrication, reading CAD/CAM drawings, and working with CNC routers or bridge saws is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines (e.g., routers, bridge saws, waterjets) to cut and shape marble and stone slabs.
• Interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and blueprints to set up and execute cutting programs.
• Load and secure marble slabs onto machine beds using appropriate rigging and handling equipment.
• Monitor machining operations to ensure precision, quality, and adherence to specifications.
• Perform regular machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in CNC machining or stone fabrication is a plus.
• Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of CNC programming/setup.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
